Warranty and Return Policy

Vendor warrants, to Customer only, that the Product will perform substantially in accordance with the applicable specifications for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase ("Limited Warranty"). This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the Product to perform substantially in accordance with the applicable specifications has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication of the Product. This Limited Warranty is also void if the Hardware has been tampered with or repairs have been made to it or attempted by parties other than the Vendor or its authorized agents. |

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VENDOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT OR ANY CONTENT OR OTHER INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN WILL MEET CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENTS, IS ACCURATE OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. VENDOR DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED ARE LIMITED TO NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations may not apply fully to Customer. |

Vendor's entire liability and Customer's exclusive remedy for breach of the Limited Warranty shall be, at Vendor's option, either (i) return of the purchase price for the Product, or (ii) replacement of the Product. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. Outside the United States, these remedies are available only with proof of purchase from an authorized international source. |

Before returning any Hardware or Software component under the Limited Warranty, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from Vendor. Vendor's contact information is as follows:
