If you experience any problems with your Precision Score system hardware, software or documentation, please contact us for support. When requesting support please use one of the following methods to contact us:

  1. Send electronic mail to ps-request-1106@precisionscore.com. In your email, please include a description of the problem, your name, address, telephone number, electronic mail address and the best time to reach you.
  2. Call our business office at 425.806.8744 during normal business hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time.

When you contact us we will gather information from you and an agent will be assigned to handle your request. Typically, you will receive a return call in four hours or less.
