Common Sense Systems Announces Searchable Web-Based Taekwondo Tournament Listings -- Comprehensive Database Makes Searches Easy and is Free

Woodinville, WA - January 6, 2003 - Common Sense Systems, Inc., developer of the Precision Score electronic scoring system for the martial arts, unveiled today an extensive database of upcoming Taekwondo tournaments, available on the Precision Score web site (http://www.precisionscore.com).

"We wanted to offer a service that was not only a bonus to those visiting our site, but to make it a comprehensive utility for anyone interested in finding tournaments in their area," said John Sambrook, President and CEO of Common Sense Systems, Inc., and practitioner of Taekwondo for many years. "We've made the tournament searches available on a multitude of parameters, to make it easy to find listings with limited information."

The user customizes how the results are displayed - whether it's by date, country, event, sponsoring organization, or state - for more accessibility and quicker scan-times. Web site links, contact information, and e-mail addresses are also provided for each listing whenever available.

Additional features to be added include expanded search capabilities, listings of other varieties of martial arts tournaments and events, and the means for users to input tournament listings directly into the database themselves. Currently, announcements are submitted to ps-info-1106@precisionscore.com, and promptly entered by Precision Score associates.

Since 2001, Precision Score has offered their professional electronic scoring systems to customers all across the United States and internationally, including Hong Kong. The PC-based software has allowed tournament directors to run a more efficient, exciting, and compact tournament, a welcomed alternative to paper scoring. "We want to make Precision Score not just the place to come for electronic scoring, but to be a great resource for tools and information. This is just another service we wanted to offer to the martial arts community," said Sambrook.
