Do the red and blue scoring handles have two buttons for variable point scoring system?

No, there is only one button on each hand control. When the two-point scoring mode is enabled, the judges simply need to "double-click" for two points like you would double-click a computer mouse. If a majority of the judges double-click, the competitor will receive two points. We concluded that the double-click method was less likely to create confusion and missed points than trying to use multiple buttons per hand control.
